Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with a restaurant using Tabwright, we may collect:
- Guests / rewards members: name, mobile phone number, email address, and optional details you choose to provide such as birthday, anniversary, and ZIP code.
- Employees: name, mobile phone number, email address, and onboarding details you submit to your employer (such as address and emergency contact).
- Transaction data: purchases, visits, and loyalty points associated with your rewards account.
How we use your information
- To operate the restaurant's loyalty/rewards program and track points and visits.
- To send you account confirmations, rewards updates, and promotional offers by text or email when you have opted in.
- To send newly hired staff a secure link to complete their employee onboarding profile.
- To provide customer support and improve our services.
Text messaging & your mobile number
No mobile information collected for SMS purposes (including phone numbers and consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. How we share information
We share your information only with the restaurant you transacted with, and with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, our SMS delivery provider) strictly to provide these services. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & security
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You may opt out of rewards account texts by replying STOP, opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link, or contact us to update or delete your information.
